Insure your stag night fun

Your stag do can be the best night, or weekend, of your life, but you want to make sure it is memorable for all the right reasons. With stag parties abroad becoming increasingly popular it is worth spending a bit extra on some insurance.

A recent poll has found that of the 64.2 million trips we Brits made abroad this year, 29% of them were done without any travel insurance. Not only is this dodgy when it comes to your luggage, your health and your cash, it is downright lethal if you find yourself a little bit worse for wear and on the wrong side of the local Bobby.

Leaving the arrangements to the Best Man might seem like a good idea, but you might not be quite so smug if you find yourselves separated from the group, too drunk for your own good, and with no idea where you hotel is. Travel insurance can help people in this situation by giving you a contact, somebody who knows the country and they systems, and isn't drunk.

Shopping around online can throw up some great deals, it really is worth spending that little bit extra for the peace of mind of knowing that, should the worst happen, you can contact somebody in the know to fight your corner - and at least it will keep your Mum happy!

Hen and Stag nights - a gay old time

Now that same-sex marriages have become official, the door has opened a whole world of stag and hen night fun for everybody. The newly termed 'Beaver' and 'Bucks' nights will follow roughly the same trends as their better known counterparts if current demand is anything to go by.

Whilstt pampering may be higher on the agenda than at the average stag do, stag weekends in Dublin and Birmingham stag nights still have their place in the new agendas of fun.

Stag party planning high on office gossip list

A recent report has suggested that up to 90% of employees use email for non-work related communications...... big surprise?

Interestingly, up to 76% of respondants used their work email address to plan that all-important Newquay stag weekend (whoever said that men can't multi-task?) but perhaps your best-man duties could be eased without the threat of the boss catching on and interfering with your important planning?

Eclipse Leisure can offer your very own personal website, allowing you to post all the details of your stag do in one place, withouth having to email loads of people, easy.
